4F is a product of BITS – Benedikt IT Services e.U., Höchstädtplatz 4/201, 1200 Vienna, Austria (hello@bits.at). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

4F crawls websites you provide and reports broken links, failing assets, redirect chains, slow responses, and other structural issues. The service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier available without payment.

You may only scan websites and domains you own or have explicit written permission to scan. Scanning a website without the owner's consent may be illegal in your jurisdiction and is strictly prohibited.

You must not use the service to:

• Scan websites or systems you do not own or are not authorised to test
• Conduct or facilitate denial-of-service attacks or any form of system disruption
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or any security measure
• Harvest, scrape, or exfiltrate data from third-party systems
• Engage in any activity that is unlawful under Austrian or EU law
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without a written agreement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice and without refund.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys secure. Do not share access to your account. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Extra pages are non-refundable and are forfeited upon account deletion. See also our Revocation & Cancellation Policy.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be announced where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.

The service is provided “as is”. Scan results are informational only – we make no guarantee of completeness or accuracy. To the extent permitted by Austrian law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to delete free accounts that have not been accessed for more than 12 months; we will attempt to notify you by email before doing so. On account deletion, your data is removed immediately, except invoices which are retained for 7 years as required by law.

These terms are governed by Austrian law. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria. Mandatory EU consumer protection laws apply where applicable.
